Rebecca Colwell
President, Fourth Wave Strategy Inc.

Rebecca is an integral strategist, facilitator, and coach who specializes in organizational and sector strategy and multi-stakeholder transformative processes. She is known for her masterful facilitation of greater understanding and appreciation within and across diverse groups.

She has a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Strategic Management, and an undergraduate degree in Recreation Management. She has been a faculty member of the Banff Centre for Management, and guest lecturer at Acadia University and Saint Mary's University Executive MBA program.She is currently studying towards a Master of Arts in Integral Theory at JFK University.

Rebecca is a certified Integral Coach and founded Open Field, an integral leadership practice group for women in 2009. She is a passionate sea kayaker, skier, culture surfer, mother of three adult children, and lives with her husband Jim in the city of lakes - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. She founded Fourth Wave Strategy Inc. in 1993.
