Strategic Planning for Professional Practice Development, Capital Health

Fourth Wave was retained to facilitate the recent retreat for the Professional Practice Development Portfolio of Capital Health, Nova Scotia's largest health district. The purpose of the retreat was to set the strategic priorities for the Professional Practice Development Portfolio and to develop the team. The session was designed as a highly interactive process that encouraged strategic thinking and incorporated team-learning concepts.
