Women's Centres Connect! Provincial Retreat

Fourth Wave facilitated Women's Centres Connect! 2007 retreat. Women’s Centres Connect! is the provincial association for Women's Centres in Nova Scotia. In operation for over 20 years, it provides coordination and information to Women’s Centres and articulates their activities, needs and concerns within the province.

Fourth Wave worked with the Executive Directors and Board members on the first day of the retreat to deal with outstanding issues and challenges, develop common understanding of a desired future for the association, identify priorities, and develop commitment and enthusiasm to move forward together. This laid the groundwork for the development of new policies and procedures. Fourth Wave has extensive experience working with groups to improve their effectiveness.
