Medical Services Administration Retreat

Fourth Wave facilitated a one day retreat with the Medical Services Administration team, which is responsible for the physician human resources throughout Capital Health.
This team has been undergoing significant growth and development in the pursuit of providing service excellence and a portfolio of HR services. This retreat marked an important milestone in team's development and growth, and the results of the retreat provided focus and energy to work together on the most important priorities.
