The Shambala Institute for Authentic Leadership 2004

Fourth Wave is delighted to take part in the intensive five-day inititute on transformative leadership, led by some of the foremost mentors in the field, including Margaret Wheatley, Brian Bacon, Otto Scharmer and David Rome, Carol Pearson, Robert and Rosalind Fritz, Barry Oshry, Toke Moeller and Marrianne Knuth, Art Kleiner and Peter Senge.
Participation in the institute is one example of our consultants' commitment to constantly explore and recharge their own personal capacity as leaders, and to learn from and inspire others to develop their own capacity for meaningful collaboration.
