Pictou County Health Authority Board Retreat
Fourth Wave designed and facilitated the recent annual Board retreat for Pictou County Health Authority, Nova Scotia. The retreat was designed to assess progress against the strategic plan with the Senior Leadership Team, and to confirm the Board's direction for the coming year.
