Mental Health Evaluation Outcomes Strategy

Fourth Wave facilitated a multi-stakeholder retreat to create the foundation elements of a new evaluation strategy for the Capital Health Mental Health Program and the Department of Psychiatry. Participants included members of the Capital Health Mental Health/ IWK Mental Health / Department of Psychiatry Performance Indicators Committee, Capital Health Quality Council, Strategic Planning Transition Committee, consumers, and leaders of selected community agencies.
The retreat enabled the group to work out a general framework to measure and evaluate outcomes, not only those implied by the new strategic plan but also those of existing programs and services.
Fourth Wave has proven capabilities in developing consensus and creating strategies with large groups.
