Non-Profit Sector Strategic Planning and Board Development

Fourth Wave was retained to assist the Board of Directors of the newly formed Canadian Youth Remembrance Society to create their strategic plan and build board capacity. The Directors participated in a series of developmental workshops designed to stimulate strategic thinking. In addition to the strategic plan, the Board developed a terms of reference to guide their operations. The process rekindled commitment and enthusism for the future direction of the Society.

Fourth Wave has a wide range of experience in the non-profit sector, helping organizations to put in place the critical components necessary for success.
