National Corporate Orientation Week for New Employees

Fourth Wave was retained to provide strategic advice and to evaluate the effectiveness of this pilot program. The project included the preparation of a team of twenty-five trainers, and coaching support for trainers as they carried out their roles.

Fourth Wave was also called upon to design and develop two of the eight workshop modules.
