Strategic Planning for Ecological Integrity, Parks Canada

Fourth Wave was retained to facilitate the development of the first strategic plan for Ecological Integrity and Species at Risk Outreach Education. This strategic plan builds upon the vast number of tactical initiatives that educate people about Species at Risk and ecological integrity across the system of national parks. This strategy will help make a real difference to the state of ecological integrity by developing new processes and decision making approaches that focus on effecting behaviour change.

This project is another natural extension of Fourth Wave's significant experience working in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
