Environment Canada Strategic Integration People Planning

The Strategic Integration Branch of Environment Canada provides national and regional services in areas including policy and strategies, outreach, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. As such, it's success is dependent upon its ability to offer strategic competencies and unique processes.

Fourth Wave is working with the senior management team to identify trends and opportunities, assess gaps and develop the new 'people plan' to guide the branch for the next five years.
