Heart Health ~ Strategic Planning

Fourth Wave facilitated the design and delivery of this strategic planning session on behalf of the Executive Team of the Heart Health program in Capital Health. The goal of the day was to gather input that will set direction for the strategic planning process and the implementation of Capital Health's Heart Health program.

Participants included key leaders and influencers across the continuum of care from primary to tertiary and quaternary services.

Fourth Wave has considerable experience designing and facilitating collaborative process and strategy development with multi-stakeholder groups. This project builds on our experience with strategic change in the health sector.
