Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources

Fourth Wave facilitated the senior management team's retreat to set strategic priorities for the Department. DNR's mandate is to build a better future for Nova Scotians through responsible natural resource management. The Department achieves its mission and discharges its mandate through: the development of its people; teamwork with Department staff and clients; improved business processes; and excellence in client service.

Fourth Wave is known for its lively and productive strategic thinking sessions, including executive retreats and other strategic management services. In addition, Fourth Wave has a growing body of experience with leaders in sustainable development and natural resource stewardship.
