Client:
Bangor Hydro Electric Company - an electricity delivery company recently acquired by Emera. Bangor Hydro provides electricity transmission and distribution service to 110,000 customers in eastern Maine. A fast growing regional energy company, Emera has over $4 billion dollars in assets.

Synopsis:
Fourth Wave was retained to facilitate the integration of Emera's first US acquisition over a period of nine months. The process involved work with the Executive Team, a team of new managers, as well as key influencers. Fourth Wave led the development and implementation of the overall change management process, the new business strategy, as well as the introduction and development of new competencies necessary for the new business model to work.
