Synopsis:
Fourth Wave facilitated a retreat for Capital Health's Professional Practice Development Portfolio. Working with a team of over 20 members, Fourth Wave fostered the team's development and helped identify strategic priorities for the Portfolio. The highly interactive design encouraged new ways of looking at the Portfolio's mission and priorities and built consensus around key steps for the way ahead.
