Project profiles
Client:
Dalhousie University Career Portfolio Initiative. This is a university-wide initiative with the goal to increase the competitiveness of students in attaining meaningful employment upon graduation. Dalhousie is the largest university east of Montreal.
Consulting Services:
Strategic planning, educational model development, program design and pilot evaluation
Synopsis:
Fourth Wave facilitated the creation of a strategic plan, and designed and piloted the experiential learning component of the Career Portfolio for Arts and Social Science students. Fourth Wave created the strategy to disseminate the adoption of the experiential learning component to both the Daltech Engineering Coop Program, and the School of Nursing, and created pilot programs to test and evaluate the results.
