Synopsis:Pan-Canadian Health Human Resources Strategy

Fourth Wave was retained to facilitate the strategy for the HHR Planning Sub-Committee of the Advisory Committee on Health Delivery and Human Resources (ACHDHR), a Federal/Provincial/Territorial initiative.

The work focused on developing the strategy and elements for an HHR Pan Canadian Planning Framework, as well as governance required to establish a truly collaborative Pan-Canadian HHR planning framework. In addition to shaping the overall Pan-Canadian HHR planning framework, the results were used to guide the HHR Planning Sub-Committee, ACHDHR and the other working groups of the HHR Strategy - an $80m initiative arising from the 2003 First Ministers Accord.
