League Savings and Mortgage, and its affiliate, League Data are the lending and information technology arms of the Atlantic credit union system. League Savings is the largest Atlantic-owned financial institution.

Strategic planning, process design and facilitation, stakeholder consultation
Synopsis:
Fourth Wave designed and facilitated a strategic planning process and retreat sessions for the Boards of Directors for these Atlantic wide Credit Union partners. The process included extensive pre-session research and stakeholder consultation to set the strategic context and to help identify the shared vision and direction for the organization.
