Nova Scotia Power Inc. - a regulated integrated electric utility, and part of the Emera family of Companies. Nova Scotia Power employs over 1,400 people and serves 440,000 customers.

Synopsis:
Acting as a virtual member of the NSP executive team, our consultant led the creation and implementation of an organization-wide transformation strategy aimed a creating a more flexible and adaptable business. Fourth Wave provided executive level coaching, designed and facilitated the engagement of all managers and supervisors in the new business strategy, and led a number of other major change initiatives over a 12 month period. Building new organizational capabilities was a key deliverable.
