Synopsis:
Fourth Wave led the process, and authored the new Heritage Presentation Strategy and Tactical Plan for Fundy National Park. The work involved designing and facilitating a creative think tank session with a variety of partners and stakeholders, and working sessions with the Superintendant and Staff. The plan included setting clear objectives, outlining actions for the next three to five years, and detailing priorities for the related education program offerings, exhibits, printed materials etc.
