Parks Canada National Orienation Program Pilot - Human Resources, National Office

Consulting Services:
Learning design, trainer development and coaching, pilot program design, and evaluation

Synopsis:
Fourth Wave was retained to provide strategic advice and to evaluate the effectiveness of this pilot program. The project included the preparation of a team of twenty-five French and English trainers, and coaching support for trainers as they carried out their roles.

Fourth Wave was also called upon to design and develop two of the eight workshop modules. Subsequently, a third major deliverable was the design and integration of an experiential learning approach using peer learning teams, learning coaches and synthesis and integration exercises to enhance the transfer of learning through the week.

Fourth Wave has an extensive range of experience in adult learning, large scale workshop design, piloting new educational programs and developing facilitators within our client organizations.
